We had a long weekend from school and work so we took off for a quick trip to Portugal. Mike has been wanting to visit Portugal and try out his Portuguese speaking skills since we moved here. It was a great quick vacation and we lucked out with some beautiful weather.

| The church was mostly destroyed in an earthquake in 1755, but they left the walls as they were. There's now a museum in part of it, but we didn't have time to explore that part. |

| One last stop was to Parque das Nacoes, an amazing waterfront area with lots of outside activities that the kids loved. |
